2、国家都意识到，只有积极地融入到世界中去才有发展的机会，固步自封没有出路，尤其是在思想政治教育这个意识形态领域。思想政治教育要不断发展进步，就要走出国门，向其他国家学习，即便是社会制度不同的国家，通过比较研究也能够收获到借鉴意义。顺应时代发展的潮流，比较思想政治教育已经成为-I'-1学科。在进行不同国家之间，尤其是文化背景和社会制度不同的国家之间的思想政治教育比较研究时，选择科学的世界观和方法论是很重要的前提。本文在马克思主义的指导下，坚持辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义的立场和原则，系统地梳理了中国和德国思想政治教

3、育，并对其进行了专题比较研究，借鉴德国思想政治教育的有益经验，提出对我国思想政治教育的启示意义。本文第一部分分析了中德两国思想政治教育的现状，并简单地介绍了一些资本主义国家对于思想政治教育的不同称谓；第二部分从中德两国思想政治教育的地位和作用、培养目标、重要内容以及实施途径等方面分析了两国思想政治教育的异同；第三部分根据两国思想政治教育比较研究的结果，结合我国思想政治教育以及社会发展的实际，提出了几点启示和借鉴意义。关键词：中国；德国；思想政治教育；启示ComparativeStudyofIdeologica
