2、managementformtotheformofprojectgroupmanagement.Projectgroupofmultipleprojectssimultaneously,however,thereexistsmanyconflicts.Thisarticlemainlyresearchtheprojectgroupofsubordinatemultipleprojectsresourceconflictproblem,namelyhowtoconfiguretheconstraintsofthelimitedresourcesre
3、asonablyandtoarrangetheprojectusingconstraintresourcetimeandschedulesoastooptimizetheprojectofitstotalcost,projectqualityandthetotaltimeofprojectgroup.Themanagementofthesethreeprojectgroupmanagementelementsandtheimprovementoftheefficiencyoftheprojectgroupwillimprovethelevelof
4、enterpriseprojectmanagementgroup.Thisarticleisbasedontheanalysisandstudywiththerelevantreferencesinlandandabroadonthebasisofpredecessors'researchresults.Thispaperexpoundstheconceptandcharacteristicsofprojectgroup,discussingtheproblemsmayoccurintheprojectgroupofmanagement.Itra
