7、管理的一部分，已成为企业生产经营过程中的一个关键环节，直接关系到企业的生产成本与服务水平。在当今剧烈竞争的市场环境下，采购管理是降低企业成本，‘满足市场需求的重要方法，已成为企业提高核心竞争力的重要手段。然而，我豳目前许多企业的采购管理模式已不能适应市场竞争的要求，人多数企业的采购效率低下、采购成本过高，采购工作不能保证企业满足个性化的市场需要。本文以研究LD公司的采购管理问题为例，在介绍采购管理相关理论的基础上，分析了LD公司采购管理现状及存在问题出发，从采购管理信息系统的建立、组织体系与流程优化以及供应商管理等方面对LD公司的采购管理进行优化，并对实施与控制做了详尽的阐述。关
