1、2内蒙古医科大学硕士研究生学位论文(2015)40.0%,双支病变组窦性心律震荡阳性率为40.0%,三支病变组窦性心律震荡阳性率为90.4%;单支病变组微伏级T波电交替联合窦性心律震荡阳性率为10.0%,双支病变组微伏级T波电交替联合窦性心律震荡阳性率为26.6%,三支病变组微伏级T波电交替联合窦性心律震荡阳性率为28.5%。其中3组阳性率相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3微伏级T波电交替、窦性心律震荡、微伏级T波电交替联合窦性心律震荡在冠心病患者中检测室性心律失常的灵敏度分别为50%、70%、75%;特异度分别为61.1%、38.8%、68%
2、。结论1MTWA、HRT指标均是评估冠心病危险程度较好的无创电生理指标。2MTWA与HRT联合运用可提高24小时动态心电图对冠心病的诊断价值。3对于冠心病患者发生室性心律失常的预测,联合指标的敏感度及特异度高于单一指标的敏感度及特异度。4对照组与病变组MTWA阳性率无差异,采用微伏级T波电交替阳性为Valt大于或等于7.6uV时域检测法有待进一步确定,认同采用微伏T波电交替阳性为Valt大于或等于40uv时域检测法。关键词:微伏级T波电交替窦性心律震荡冠心病万方数据内蒙古医科大学硕士研究生学位论文(2015)3DetectionvalueofMicro
