3、rC.microphyllaorC.korshinskii.ThisstudyistoexaminetheinterspecificrelationshipofthesethreespeciesandtheoriginofC.davazamciibasedoninternaltranscribedspacer(ITS)andnon-codingregionofchloroplasttrnL-F,combinedwithmorphologicaldataandgeographicaldistribution.ThetrnL-FsequenceofC.davazamciiisidentical
4、tothatofC.microphyllabutdiffersdistinctlyfromthatofC.korshinskii.ThehighcongruenceofITScopiesthroughbothdirectandcloningsequencingrejectstherecenthybridizationhypothesisofC.davazamciibetweenC.microphyllaandC.korshinskii.Incontrast,twodifferentITSsequencecopieswerefoundrespectivelyineachindividualo
5、fC.microphyllaandC.korshinskii.OneofthetwoITSsequencesinC.microphyllaisidenticaltothatofC.davazamcii.ThisresultindicatesthatC.davazamciimighthavetakenpartinthehybridizationofC.microphyllaasoneparent,orthatextensivegeneflowmighthaveoccurredbetweenthesetwospecies,thusresultinginthemorphologicalsimil
