2、学中存在的问题、解决问题的方法，采用适合学生合作探究学习的教学策略，以合作探究学习为主要学习方法，有针对性地对高中生物实验进行教学设计，来提高学生的生物科学素养，包括学生的生物学习兴趣和合作意识，学生的生物实验操作能力、探究能力、应用能力和创新能力。并且在靖江市第一高级中学高一年级两个平行班进行一个学期的教学实验，最后将统计数椐输入计算机，用EXCEL软件、SPSS19.0软件，对两个班进行生物实验成绩、生物实验能力、生物学习兴趣水平、合作意识水平进行频率、描述统计、配对样本T检验等多项分析，论证合作探究学习对学生学习效果的影响。关键词：高中生物实验教学合
