7、,到资本,再到知识的转换。企业知识理论认为,影响企业价值创造的资源不仅仅是传统的土地、物质资本简单劳动力等生产要素,知识已成为推动企业可持续发展的重要资源。对于中小企业,知识扮演的角色尤为重要。在技术快速变化的环境中,企业间的竞争越来越多地需要以知识为基础,不断地获得、利用与创造知识和能力,积极地响应环境变动,以获得竞争优势。Drucker(1985)指出,企业未来创新的基础就是对知识的吸纳.由于市场瞬息万变,企业如何通过知识资源积累应对消费者需求的变化,已成为企业必须面对的重要挑战。越来越多的企业通过利用外部知识和技能来实现产品和服务的创新,通过
