3、aunchthedetailedargumentationhowenterprisecarryonitbasedoncorecompetence.Thethesisconductstheresearchbycombiningdemonstrationresearchwithnormativeresearch,quantitativeresearchwithquantitativeanalysis.AndthethesiscomprehensivelyimplementsEnterpriseManagementTheory,StrategyManagementTheory,HumanResou
4、rcesManagementTheory,OrganizationBehaviorTheory,AHPandFuzzyMathematicalTheory.Basedonthepre-studiesofotherscholars,firstly,thethesisanalysisestheconceptsofcorecompetence,keyhumanresourcesandtheallocationofhumanIIIresource.Secondly,thethesisanalysistheessentialfeaturesofcorecompetenceandkeyhumanreso
5、urcesandtherelationshipbetweenthemwhichshouldbetheprinciplestotheallocationofkeyhumanresources.Thirdly,thethesisprovidesamodelofoptimumallocationofkeyhumanresourcesandchoosessomekeyfactorstoanalysisdetails,suchasjobanalysis,humanresourceplanning,databaseofkeyhumanresources,testedandassessedinkeyhum
6、anresources,firsttimedisposedandthedynamicallocationoptimally,managementbyobjectives.Finally,thethesisusesanapproximationmethodtoassesstheinfluenceofthekeyhumanresourceallocationtocorecompetencebyquantitativeresearchwithquantitativeanalysis,andprovidesthecorrespondingcountermeasurehowenterprisescan
