3、entionhasbeeninvestigatedwithdifferentelutionmode,differentrevolutionanddifferentflowrate.Theresultshows,forthePEG1000/sodiumcitrateATPS,thestationaryphaseretentionis54.83%attherevolutionspeedof800rpmandtheflowrateof0.5ml/min;forthePEG1000/ammoniumsul
4、fateATPS,thestationaryphaseretentionis51.63%attherevolutionspeedof500rpmandtheflowrateof0.3ml/min.4.StudyonthePEG/saltATPSwhichisusedfortheseparationofphycocyanin.ThepartitioncoefficientofphycocyaninhasbeenmeasuredintheATPSwithdifferentweightofPEG,dif
