6、luslactis(ATCC11454).UtilizedbacteriostaticactivityofNisinobtainedfromATPSastargettooptimizetheenrichmentcondition.Thebestenrichmentconditionwasconcentratingthefermentationbrothsixtimes,andthereaftermixingwithPBS(pH=7.0)ataratioof2:1,thenaddingtoATPS
