1、重庆大学硕士学位论文公租房社区向贫民窟转化的防范及对策研究姓名：曹培引申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：曹小琳20120526重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要近年来，为了完善社会住房保障结构，抑制房价过快增长，国家提出大力发展公租房的策略，但在公租房大力建设的过程中，公租房建设运营出现了诸多问题，如公租房社区建设基础配套不完善、公租房运营缺乏政策支持以及公租房社区管理缺乏资金支持等。国外一系列经验表明，这些问题的出现很有可能导致公租房社区向贫民窟的转化。论文选题防范公租房社区向贫民窟转化旨在为公租房建设发展提供一定理论

2、支持，为政府制定公租房管理相关政策提供一定的参考，从而促进公租房建设及管理可持续发展。论文主要采用了文献研究、比较分析、归纳分析法、演绎推理法等研究方法进行研究。通过查阅及梳理大量国内外相关文献，分析国外如何处理公共房屋发展过程中遇到的类似情况及公租房向贫民窟转化所造成危害；研究国内外公共房屋的发展趋势、公租房向贫民窟转化的过程和我国公租房向贫民窟转化所处阶段；借鉴国外及香港地区防范公共住房向贫民窟转化的经验及措施，提出适合中国实际情况的监测评价方法及对策建议。通过对预防公租房向贫民窟转化的研究，提出相关建议为：一，政府通过制定公租
