3、lcellwerebothmitochondriaandmyofibril.Mitochondriashowedswellingandalotofvacuolus,andmyofibrilbrokeandlosedcontractedfunctionofmyocardiumwithirregulailightanddarkbands.Besides,swollennuclearmembraneanddecreasedendoplasmicreticulumwerealsofoundinthosecells.Thegillcellstreatedwith4chemical
4、shadanobviousultrastructuralvariation.Theparallelandorderedstructureofmusclewasdestroyed,andendoplasmicreticulumwasswollenup,dilatedandvesiculated.Cristaesinmitochondriawasswollenup,anddisintegratedpartially.Cuticleofgillfibrewasdenaturedanddropped,andnuclearmembranewasswollenupandpartia
5、llydissolved.Theultrastructuraldamagestohepatopancreaticcellweremainlydecreasedmicrovilli,mitochondria,increasedlipiddroplets,decreasedendoplasmicreticulumanddisruptionandvacuolizationofnucleusandnuclearmembrane.Changesingillandhepatopancreasweremuchmorethanthoseofthetwoinheartandmuscle.
