3、nvironmenthashadaseriousimpactonoursocialdevelopmentandpeople'shealth.Thispaperanoverviewofthelegalsystemofthemineenvironment,startingfromthestatusquoofChina'sminingenvironmentalissues,analysisofthelegalbasisfortheestablishmentofthelegalsystemofthemineenvironment,inaccordanc
