3、beticnephropathy（III，IV）.Theexperimentalgroupwererandomlydividedintoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup.Bothgroupswererequestedtobelow-sugar,low-fatandlowproteindiet,andsubcutaneousingNovolin30Rtocontrolbloodglucose2timesaday.TheexperimentalgroupweregivenTangshenkanggranuleswhilethecon

4、trolgroupweretreatedwithGinkgoleafTablets.Courseoftreatmentwere2months.ClinicalsymptomsandRenalbloodflow，serumcreatinine（Scr）,bloodureanitrogen（BUN）,bloodsugar（BS）,lipidsandotherchangeswereobservedbeforeandaftertreatment.Results：Theexperimentalgrouparesignificantlybetterthanthecontr

5、olgroupinimprovingtheclinicalsymptomsofdrinkingmorethanthirst,frequentingurinationquantity,limbingedemaandlimpingwaistandknees,improvingrenalbloodflowandtheBS,BUN（P<0.01）.Conclusion：Tangshenkanggranuleshasasignificanteffectinimprovingthemainclinicalsymptomsandithasasignificanteffect
