3、andcontrolgroupin30cases,weremaintained6monthsoftreatment,tocomparetreatmentgroupsaftertheclinicalefficacyofTCMsymptomscoreofTCMclimateefficacy,colonoscopicmucosalaspathologicalchangesofmucosaltissue,andserumtheESR,CRPandTNF-alpha,IL-10,D-dimer,theTcellsubsets
4、andthelevelofchange;andwerefollowedforsixmonthstoobserverecurrence6monthsafterrate.Results:Theclinicaleffects,TCMsymptomscorebetweenthetwogroupsofChinesemedicinesyndromesinvaryingdegreestoimprovetherole,buttheexperimentalgroupthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05orP<0.01
5、);abdominalpain,bloodandpus,tenesmusthreeasymptomimprovementaftertreatmentoftheexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroupshowednosignificantdifference(P>0.05),diarrhea,abdominaldistension,physicalfatigue,Shenpilazywords,thesymptomsimprovedaftertreatment,theexperimentalg
6、roupthanthecontrolgroup,thedifferencestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);colonoscopymucosalefficacy,histopathologicalefficacyofserum,theESR,CRPandTNF-alpha,IL-10,T-cellsubsetsandotherindicatorsarealsoobviousimprovetherole,butthetwogroupsnosignificantdifference(P>
7、0.05);serumlevelsofD-dimerbeforeandaftertreatmentshowedsignificantimprovement(P<0.05),aftertreatment,therewasasignificantdifference(P<0.05).;intherateofdiseaserecurrence,theexperimentalgroupsignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thesafeandeff
