2、最大限度地调动员工的积极性，进行科学化、规范化、系统化设计。本文是在总结我国企业薪酬管理实践与理论研究成果的基础上，学习和借鉴发达国家薪酬管理理论和有益经验而完成的。本文首先介绍有关薪酬管理的基本概念、基本理论以及薪酬管理的未来发展趋势，尤其是在绪论部分本文在新的形式下如何与思想政治教育有机结合提出了自己的观点；其次介绍了薪酬设计的基本程序、技术和方法，重点阐述了薪酬调查、薪酬调整、薪酬模式和企业人工成本控制的有关问题；最后在借鉴国外先进的薪酬管理方式的基础上提出了适合我国企业的一个崭新的课题——宽带薪酬
