2、润,越来越多的企业开展了跨国经营活动。人才的本土化作为各种本土化的基础,各跨国公司纷纷采取人才的本土化战略,其已成为跨国公司的长期战略目标。人才的本土化有利于最大限度地消除跨国经营文化上的隔阂,节约经济成本,但同时在跨国公司人才本土化的进程中又存在诸多问题。文章在对跨国公司人才的本土化发展状况进行简要介绍的基础上,浅析了人才本土化战略实施中的问题以及解决的策略。关键词:人力资源;本土化;战略管理AbstractInrecentyears,inthenewwaveofeconomicglobalization,inordertodevelophostcountrymarketsandmak
