2、iwan.Withtheextensionofagingsociety,theimportanceofTaiwan’sNationalHealthInsurancehasbeenmorevalued.However,thefinancialdeficitproblemofTaiwan’sNationalHealthInsurancehasshownsince1998,whichmadethefinancialissueanimportantresearchtopic.Themedicalserv
3、iceprovidedbytheNationalHealthInsurancesystemiswild,theproportionofpeople’sburdenisrelativitylow,plus,thereisnoparticularlimitationtoreceivemedicaltreatment,itisconvenientbuthasalsocausedanegativeimpactofwastingmedicalresources.Todiscussthefactorsaff
4、ected,firstbypopulationandsocialeconomicindexofcountiesandcities,financialprofiles,medicalresourcestoinvestigatewhethertheseareimpactsofthefinancialsituationoftheNationalHealthInsurance.Besides,withthetwicechangingofrulingpartyduringthesetwodecades,t
5、hepolicyapproachingmighthavechangedaswell,so,ifthechangingofrulingpartyaffectssignificantlythefinancialsituationwillalsobediscussed.Basedonthemotivations,first,withtheWelfareStateDevelopmentTheory,itindicatestherelationbetweenpopulationandsocialecono
6、micindexofcountiesandcities,financialprofiles,medicalresourcesandthefinancialsituationofthesystem.Second,withtheoryofDistributiveJustice,toelaboratetheimpactofrevisingthesystemofTaiwan’sNationalHealthInsurancetoitsfinancialposition.Last,accordingtoWe
