4、datacenter,“Tier”formulatedbysituationinJapan.ThismodifiesthoseaprivatesectorinU.S.A.(UptimeInstitute)isportionsoftheTierstandardthatseemknownbest.However,itisafacilitystandardexcessiveforJapanandaddsJapan-specificbuiltbyreflectingglobalrequirementandelements.
