2、dmiddlestage,anditsadvantagesoverroutineacupuncture,withapurposetofindamoreefficient,convenient,andeffectiveandlesspainfulway,whichcouldbeappliedintheclinicaltreatment.Methods:Selected60casesofpatientswithosteoarthritis,theyaredividedintoFu'sSubcutaneousNeedlingtreatmentgrou
3、pandroutineacupuncturecontrolgrouprandomly,30casesineachgroup.Thetwogroupsaretreatedfortwocourses;acourseoftreatmentlastssixdays,oneday’srestaftereachtherapeuticcourse.AccordingtotheWOMACosteoarthritisindexscoreandvisualanalogscore(VAS),VASvalueisobservedbeforetreatment,afte
4、rthefirsttreatmentandattheendofthetwotreatments,meanwhile,thescoreofclinicalsymptomsandsignsisalsorecordedandcommentedbeforeandattheendofthetwotreatments,twogroupsofpatientsarecomparedbetweenandingroups.Results:Efficiency:100%oftheobservationgroup,80%ofthecontrolgroup;thecha
5、ngeofVASvalue:afterthefirsttreatment,betweenandingroupscomparisonshowssignificantdifference,(P<0.05);thescoreofclinicalsymptomsandsigns:betweengroupsdifferenceissignificant(P<0.05);ingroupsdifferenceisnotsignificant（P>0.05).Conclusion:Studieshaveshownthattwogroupsofmethodsca
