1、提要目的：本课题旨在研究浮针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（早、中期）的疗效，与常规针刺相比较，是否更具有优越性，从而为针刺治疗该病寻找一种更为快捷、方便、高效且痛苦少的方法，以期更好地应用于临床。方法：选取60例膝骨关节炎患者，采用随机数字表法分组，分为浮针治疗观察组与常规针刺对照组，每组30例。两组均治疗两个疗程，每天治疗1次，6天为一疗程，两疗程间休息1天。根据WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分及VAS视觉模拟评分法，分别在治疗前、首次治疗后、及两疗程结束后观察VAS值变化，治疗前及两疗程结束后观察临床症状体征积分，记录并进行评价，对两组患者分别进行组间及组内比较。结果：

2、VAS值变化：首次治疗后组间比较、两组组内比较均有显著差异（P<0.05）；临床症状体征积分：组间比较有显著差异（P<0.05），组内比较无显著差异（P>0.05)；有效率：观察组100%，对照组80%。结论：研究表明，两组方法均可有效治疗早、中期膝骨关节炎，但浮针疗法在镇痛、临床症状体征改善、有效率各方面均优于常规针刺。本研究充实了浮针疗法的临床研究内容，丰富了浮针疗法的临床研究资料，并为针刺治疗膝骨关节炎提供了新的治疗思路。关键词浮针疗法膝骨关节炎VASWOMAC疗效ObservationoftheFu'sSubcutaneousNeedling’sEffec
