2、行研究，阐述了采购外包风险管理的内涵、采购外包风险识别和分析方法以及采购外包风险社会和自我防范体系。本论文分为五个部分：首先介绍课题背景，论述了风险管理研究的必要性和重要性，介绍了国内外采购外包风险管理研究状况；接着简要介绍了风险、风险管理和采购外包管理的基本概念以及采购外包风险管理的基本理论；然后，通过对采购外包风险的辨析，寻找到采购外包风险的来源和影响因素，为采购外包风险的评估打下坚实的基础；同时提出了企业进行采购外包风险管理的防范方向；在全面分析采购外包风险因素的基础上,运用“6W”法对LC公司的采购外
