1、腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术治疗输卵管妊娠疗效和围手术期护理探究［摘要］目的通过观察患者术后输卵管通畅程度、宫内妊娠率和异位妊娠率的变化，评价使用腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术治疗输卵管妊娠的的疗效。方法入选120例患者随机分成研究组和对照组两组，研究组60例使用腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术治疗，对照组60例使用腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚缝合术治疗，围手术期对患者加强护理干预。两组治疗后2个月比较患者输卵管通畅程度，2年后比较宫内妊娠率和异位妊娠率的变化。结果两组患者在手术治疗后，2个月后研究组输卵管通畅程度较对照组高，结果有统
