1、摘要根据东吴证券总体的“根据地战略”与投行业务的“业务多元化战略”，转型期的东吴证券投行部主要有两条并行不悖的发展线，一是根据总公司营业区域的逐步扩展，投行业务也随之扩展到其他地区；二是投行业务将会从单一的承销业务向承销、并购、ABS等业务并重的方向发展。本文共分为7个部分，其中第1部分为绪论部分，主要介绍了本文的研究背景与意义、框架与内容、思路与方法、国内外研究现状以及本文研究的创新之处等五部分内容。第2部分为东吴证券投行业务概述部分，在这部分主要介绍了东吴证券的主要情况、东吴证券投行业务的主要情况以及当前东吴证券投行业务的战略定位等内容。第3、4部分为东吴

2、证券投行业务发展的内、外部环境分析。第5部分为东吴证券投行业务发展战略选择分析，提出集中化战略（集中成本领先战略与集中差异化战略）是东吴证券投行业务发展的最佳可选择战略。第6部分为东吴证券投行业务发展战略实施部分，从组织结构方面来看M型组织结构或是战略业务单元组织结构将会是公司在组织架构上的最优选择；从目标责任机制选择与PDCA循环看，东吴证券投行业务应注重子业务模式的适当标准化，把在苏州甚至苏南地区的成功模式向外拓展。第7部分为研究结论与展望部分。主要是对本部分上面的研究内容作出总结并得出合理的结论，并指明本文的研究存在的不足之处以及展望。关键词：投行业务，
