1、摘要本科小学数学教师的专业化培养是本科小学教育专业建设的一个重要课题。国内外本科小学数学教师培养，在培养方式、课程设置、特别是数学课程以及小学数学教育课程设置上有较大的差异。这些差异的产生，主要来自于对小学数学教师是否专业化培养以及如何培养的认识。本研究认为小学教师有必要专业化培养，专业化小学数学教师需要具备较深厚的高等数学与现代数学素养、指导性较强的教育专业知识和教育实践知识：需要有较高的数学化能力、数学教学决策能力、以及教科研能力。小学数学教师专业化培养还必须由科学合理的专业化培养方案来实现。对现行的小学数学教师培养方案进行比较，发现虽然专业性得到了一定的体现，但课程设置、内容安排上仍存在

2、不足，特别是小学数学教育的专业性还没有得到较好的体现。要实现小学教师培养的专业化，解决培养方案存在的不足，最佳选择是设置小学数学教育专业，专门培养小学数学教师。在小学数学教育专业课程设置时，要避免出现一味强调教育理论课程，忽视数学专业课程的倾向性。数学专业课程、教育专业课程、教学见实习课程三者要有合理的结构，这样才能实现小学数学教师的专业化培养目标，即培养具有较高数学素养，自觉能动地用教育理论指导教学实践的准专家型小学数学教师。关键词：小学数学教师；专业化；方案；课程设置；培养．AbstractTheprofessionaltrainingofundergradnatePrimaryMathe
