3、etheoryofTCM.Methods:Inestablishingthestrictdiagnosticcriteria,inclusioncriteria,exclusioncriteriaandefficacyofassessmentcriteria,basedonarandom,balancedagainsttheprincipleof62patientsqualifiedassubjects32casesweredividedintoexperimentalgroupgivenChineseH
4、erbsandexternalwashtreatment;30casesweredividedintocontrolgrouptreatedwiththebasisoftreatment(diabeteseducation,exercisetherapy,dietcontrol,oralhypoglyceemiadrugsorsubcutaneousinsulin,oralmecobalamintablets).Abovetwogroupsofpatients'symptoms,blood,nerveco
5、nductionvelocity,fastingplasmaglucose(FPG)and2hpostprandialplasmaglucose(2hPG).glycosylatedhemoglobin(HbA1c),lipidseriesthesuper-sensitivityandC-reactiveprotein(CRP)wereobservedbeforeandaftertreatingbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients,4weeksisacourseoftreatment
6、,withaobservationoftwocoursesandatotalof8weeks.Results:Thetotaleffectiverateoftheexperimentalgroupwas86.7%,whilethetotaleffectiverateofthecontrolgroupwas63.33%,thetwogroupsweresignificantlydifferent(P<0.01).Beforetreatment,thetwogroupisofnostatisticalsign
7、ificanceongender,age,duration,theywerecomparable.theexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroupcanbothimprovetheclinicalsymptoms,nerveconductionvelocity,FPGand2hPG,HbA1c,bloodviscosity,lipidseries,RP(P<0.01).what`smore,heexperimentalgroupcandobetterthanthecontrol
