1、南昌大学硕士学位论文脑利钠肽与脑出血及出血后低钠血症相关性的研究姓名:赵斐申请学位级别:硕士专业:神经病学指导教师:万慧20120526摘要目的:观察急性脑出血患者血浆脑利钠肽的浓度变化。初步探讨脑利钠肽与脑出血部位、出血量及脑出血后低钠血症的关系。方法:实验组选取在南昌大学第一附属医院住院的脑出血病人共60例,对照组选取健康体检者30名,所有入选者,收集血浆后,统一采用ELISA法测定血浆BNP水平。所有病人均记录入院后一般情况、出血量、出血部位及是否有低钠血症。结果:脑出血后患者血浆BNP水平较对照组明显升高,其中大量及中量脑出血组血浆BNP水平较对照组升高,小量脑出
2、血组血浆BNP水平升高不明显;丘脑基底节区出血组与其他脑叶出血组相比较,血浆BNP水平均有明显升高;脑出血后低钠血症组与非低钠血症组相比,血浆BNP水平也有明显升高;低钠血症与脑出血量、脑出血部位及脑出血的预后均具有相关性。结论:脑出血后病人血浆BNP水平升高,且BNP水平与脑出血量及脑出血部位有关,BNP水平与脑出血后是否并发低钠血症也有相关性,BNP水平对于脑出血后病人水电解质平衡及脑水肿有重要影响,进而影响脑出血患者的预后。关键词:脑出血;BNP;低钠血症;相关研究ABSTRACTObjective:Toobservethechangeanditsclinicals

6、ncontrolgroup.Itwasrelatedtothesite,volumeandhyponatmmia.BNPissecretedprimarilybythehypothalamus.SothelevelofBNPincreasedmainlvduetotheoppressionofthehypothalamuscausedbybraininjuryandincreasedintracranialpressure.BNPisaveryimportantmarkwhichplaysanimportantroleinthediagnosis,treatmentand
