1、MBADissertationAuthor:JinghuiTaoTheMotivationSystemofKnowledgeWorkersinYinguangCompany中文摘要随着知识经济的兴起,知识已成为生产力、竞争力和经济增长的关键,对知识型员工的激励问题日益受到人们重视。然而由于知识型员工有很多新的特点,对他们的激励方式也就不同于普通劳动者。如何设计相应的知识型员工管理激励机制模式,从而有效地调动他们的工作积极性,已经成为经营者与企业人力资源管理者极为关注的课题。近年来,银光公司也非常重视对知识型员工的激
2、励,并且做了很多有益的探索和尝试,但是该公司在知识型员工激励方面还存在一些值得研究和改进的实践问题。基于此,笔者对银光公司知识型员工进行了实地调研和问卷调查,运用管理学中的激励理论,着重分析了影响银光公司知识型员工的主要激励因素以及激励实践中存在的主要问题及其成因,然后设计了有针对性的完善银光公司知识型员工的激励体系的具体措施,并阐述了相应的保障机制。本文的研究成果将对改进银光公司知识型员工的激励体系有所借鉴与参考,同时也能为丰富其他企业知识型员工的人力资源管理实践提供一种新的思路。关键词:知识型员工,人力资源管理
