3、sconstructionenvironmentisverycomplex.Thesefactorsmaketheexistingrailwayelectrificationreconstructionprojecthashighrisk.Howtoimplementthesystematicsecurityfortheentireprojectisveryimportant.Thispapercombiningthetheoryofsafetysystemengineeringandriskmanagement,startingfromthec
4、onceptofPDCAcirculation,establishthesecuritysystemofexistingrailwayelectrificationreconstructionproject.First,thispaperembarksfromthepresentsituationofsafetymanagementandtheproblemsexistingincurrentsafetymanagement,buildsthebasicframeworkofsecuritysystemofexistingrailwayelect
