1、提要目的：评价手术治疗腰间盘突出症合并足下垂的短期疗效，并对随访结果进行分析，为临床提供参考。方法：采用电话或门诊预约等形式，对山东中医药大学附属医院脊柱骨科2010年5月至2012年2月进行手术治疗的腰间盘突出症合并足下垂的20例患者（有且符合纳入标准、有完整临床资料以及随访资料）进行随访。采用JOA下腰痛评分、JOA改善率、MMT肌力分级标准对患者术前和末次随访情况进行评定。应用独立样本t检验、方差分析及Pearson相关性分析等统计学方法对年龄、性别、病程、术前出现足下垂的时间、腰腿痛的类型、术前JOA

2、评分、术前肌力与JOA改善率、肌力改善率之间的关系进行统计学分析，探讨上述诸因素对术后疗效的影响。结果：术前JOA评分平均8.50分，术后JOA评分平均为19.50分，JOA改善率平均为58.8%，术前肌力评分平均1.20分，术后肌力评分平均为2.93分，肌力改善率平均为50.8%。末次随访时患者JOA及肌力评分较前有明显改善，差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。JOA评分改善率评定：优3例，良12例，中3例,差2例，优良率75%；肌力评分改善率评定：优3例，良6例，中6例,差5例，优良率45%。腰间盘突出症
