3、omtheOrthopaedicspinalofShandonguniversityoftraditionalChinesemedicinehospital，fromJune2009toFebruary2012.ApplicateJOAofthelowbackpainscore,theimproverateofJOA,MMTmusclestrengthclassificationstandardtoevaluatetheconditionsofpatients，thatbeforetheywereevaluatedandtheendtime.Applicatestatisti

4、calmethodssuchasindependentsamplettestandanalysisofvariance,Pearsoncorrelationanalysis,toanalysetherelationshipofthepatientsage,sex,duration,preoperativeappeardroopingtime,thetypeoffulllocate,thescoreofpreoperativeJOA,preoperativemusclestrengthwiththeimproverateofJOAandtheimproverateofmuscl

5、estrength.ToExploretheinfluenceofalltheabovefactorstopostoperativecurativeeffect.Results:TheaveragescoreofPreoperativeJOAis8.50points，theaveragescoreofpostoperativeJOAis19.50points，theimproverateofJOAis58.8%onaverage，theaveragedscoreofPreoperativemusclestrengthis1.20points，theaveragedscoreo

6、fpostoperativestrengthis2.93points，theimproverateofmuscleStrengthonaverageis50.8%.Thefollow-upofendtimeaboutthescoresofJOAandmusclestrengthwereobviouslyimproved,whichhasstatisticallysignificance(P<0.05).EvaluationoftheimproverateofJOA:3casesinsuperior，12casesisgood，3casesinmedium，2casesinwo
