1、提要目的：观察温针灸联合易筋经-摘星换斗式治疗慢性椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效，并且与温针灸治疗组比较，为临床治疗该病提供更佳的综合康复方案。方法：本课题选择慢性椎间盘源性腰痛患者60例，按随机数字表法分为温针灸联合易筋经-摘星换斗式治疗组和温针灸治疗组，两组均观察4周。在治疗前和治疗4周后分别对患者进行视觉疼痛模拟评分（VAS）、JOA腰痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)问卷表评分，对本研究方法的疗效予以评价。结果：温针灸联合易筋经-摘星换斗式治疗组和温针灸治疗组治疗前后比较，比较结果均有显著性差异（P﹤0.05）。联合治疗组对慢性椎间盘源性腰痛的治疗效果在各评
