3、rmsuccessfulatrialfibrillationpatientsandtherelationshipwitlltheCHA2DS2-VAScscore．Methods：FromJanuary2000toMay2009，364consecutivepatientswithdrug—refractoryparoxysmalandpersistentAFunderwentcatheterablationandwerefollowedupfor(60．7士11．8、months．AmongthemparoxysmalAFpatient

4、sunderwentcircumferentialbilateralpulmonaryveinlinearablationguidedbyLassoleadandCartotechniquetobilateralpulmonaryveincompletelyablated．ExceptforbilateralpulmonaryveinlinearablmionguidedbyLassoleadandCartotechniquetobilateralpulmonaryveincompletelyablated，PersistentAFpat

5、ientsunderwentadditionallyablationwithleftatrialtop，leftatrialisthmus，rightatrialisthmus，CSintimaandSOontosinusrhythm．Ifstillnochangeforsinusrhythmfromtheseablation，thepatientsunderwentcardioversion．AfterablationthepatientsexaminedroutinelywithECG，24h-holter，andattheonemo

6、nth，threemonth，sixmonth，oneyearafterablmionexamined24h-holtertoknowrecurrenceornot．Long-termafterablation(2yearsorabove)thepatientswerefollowedupwith24．holter，ECG，telephoneorleaer．AndwerecordwhetherAFrecurrentornot，whetherthepatienthaveembolizationandtheanticoagulation．Re
