2、rns．CHDhasbecomethemaincauseofdeathinthechildrenlessthan5years．Weinvestigatedthe1000casesofCHDtOdetermineenvironmentalriskfactorsinthedevelopmentofCHD．AndwewilldiscusstherelationshipbetweentheseasondistributionofCHDandseasonalvariationofairpollution．CHDandthelivingenvir

3、onmentintheearlystageofpregnancy,CHDandtheteratogenicsubstancescontacfionintheearlystageofpregnancy,CHDandfolicacid，CHDandtheadvancedagepregnantwoman．PrimarypreventionmeasureswillbeofferedforCHD．Methods：Reviewedthe1000caseswerediagnosedbyechocardiographyinOUrhospitalfro

4、mMay2010toMay2012．Male：547cases，female：453cases，aged：1dayto6．5years(average：0．8years)．Echocardiographywasperformedbyphysiciansandfollowingtheunifiedprotocolsanddiagnosisstandards．Face-to—facestructuredinterviewwerecarriedouttotheCHDpatients’mothers．DatawerecollectedandI
