2、lyamountsofeither2×107cfu,L-BSl5group;or2×108cfu,H—BSl5group)bygavagethroughouta17-weekexperimentalperiod.Themicewerefedwithnormalchowdiet(NCD)fiveweeksbeforetheexperimentalperiod.After35days,ThePBSgroupwasalsodividedintoNDandHFDgroups.ThedietoftheHFDandBS15groupswaschangedintohighfatfortheres
3、toftheweeks。Thesamplingtimepointswas35,63,91,119daysoftheexperiment.Resultswereasfollows:1.ThebodyweightofthemiceinHFDgroupwassignificanthigherthanNDgroupattheendoftheexperiment.BothdosesofBS15supplementationsuppressedtheincreaseofbodyweightduetothehigh-fatdietconsumption.2.Liversectionfrommic
4、eofHFDgroupexhibitedvisibleintracellularvacuolizationwhichmarkedlipidaccumulation,butthedegreeofhepaticsteatosiswasappreciablyattenuatedbythetreatmentofBSl5.3.Thedetectionofliverapoptosisbyflowcytometry(FCM)showedthatthepercentageofapoptoticcellsinliverofHFDgroupwassignificantlyincreasedcompar
5、edwithNDgroup,andthegrowthtrendwasinhibitedbythesupplementationofBSl5.4.TheresultsofRT—PCRquantificationofmicrobialcecalcontentshowedthatthesupplementationofBS15significantlyincreasedtheabundanceofLactobacillusspp.,L.johnsonii,andBacteroidetes,andloweredtheabundanceofEnterobacteriaceaefamilyan
