2、公司所处的外部环境、内部环境，针对c公司多元化发展的业务现状，分析C公司多元化战略选择以及制定，为中国家电企业多元化发展的提供一个发展思路。本文一共分为六个章节。第一章节为绪论，通过研究多元化理论的国内外研究动态，确定本文的研究思路和方法。第二章介绍相关多元化理论。第三章分析c公司所处的环境，PEST分析了外部环境、波特五力模型分析了行业竞争环境、运用价值链分析了内部环境，介绍c公司多元化发展历程。第四部分是本文的重点，通过BcG矩阵分析和生命周期理论多元化业务战略选择，第五章对主要业务战略做了分
