2、提下，如何充分发挥CC金融资产管理公司自由资金及外来资金的盈利水平，提升CC金融资产管理公司的资金运营水平，为CC金融资产管理公司转型发展开拓出新的道路。这成为本文探索和研究的主要目的所在。本文首先对国内外金融资产管理公司的研究状况和运营模式进行总结，并系统分析了CC金融资产管理公司的运营现状。在此基础上，对CC金融资产管理公司资金运营的优劣势进行分析，在参照国内外金融资产管理公司的运营经验的基础上，对重新定位CC金融资产管理公司未来的业务结构进行研究。金融资产管理公司在全面转型的过程中，首先应该坚持资产管理主业不动摇，即把不良资产
