2、9例、IV期2例，病理：浆液性腺癌44例，粘液性腺癌3例，透明细咆癌3例。正常卵巢组织10例。【2】采用免疫组化SP法测定TLR4蛋白及P-gp在卵巢上皮癌组织和正常卵巢组织中的表达。f3】应用统计软件SPSSl7．0分析TLR4蛋白及P—gp与临床病理参数之间的相关性，并且分析TLR4蛋白与P—gp在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达相关性。结果【1150例卵巢上皮癌组织中TLR4和P-gp的阳性表达率分别为62％和46％，明显高于正常卵巢组织中的20％和10％(x2=5．939、4．500，P《0．05)。【2】化疗耐药组中TLR4

3、和P—gp阳性表达率40％、32％，明显高于敏感组中的表达22％、14％(X2=6．876、6．522，P
