2、司就要提前发现互联网支付系统的相关风险，并制定相应的公司章程和自身相应的监管系统规避风险，从而完善整个互联网行业支付体系。本文立论于互联网支付的金融领域，探讨互联网支付在电子金融这个大概念中的应有地位和发展趋势，并以H公司作为研究的范本，力求通过文献学习、理论研究、可行性分析、通过项目管理的研究，文章的第一部分是引言涉及整个互联网支付研究背景，国内外文献综述和研究思路。第二部分，国内外互联网支付的相关理论研究。第三部分介绍H公司的支付系统项目现状。第四部分关于H公司的支付系统风险识别。第五、六部分关于H公司的风险分析和管理措施及控制方案
