1、中文摘要内皮细胞微颗粒与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究【结果】1.AD患者血浆CD31+/CD42。内皮细胞微颗粒水平明显高于健康对照组和轻度认知功能障碍组(氏0.01),无血管危险因素的MCI患者血浆CD31+/CD42。内皮细胞微颗粒水平较健康对照组有升高趋势,但是没有显著性差异,AD患者血浆内皮细胞微颗粒水平和痴呆程度呈正相关;2.CD31+/CD42‘EMP微颗粒的水平与患者的年龄、患病时间、服药时间、纤维蛋白原和血小板计数和无相关性,CD31+/CD42"EMP微颗粒水平与患者的ADL、ADAS—co
2、g、CDR评分,空腹血糖,胆固醇和甘油三酯与呈正相关,有相关关系的指标再进行多元逐步回归分析并计算标准化偏回归系数发现ADAS—cog评分是CD31+/CD42"EMP变化的主要相关因素。【结论】1,AD患者血浆中CD31+/CD42‘内皮细胞微颗粒水平显著高于轻度认知功能障碍患者和健康对照组,说明AD患者血管内皮细胞明显受损,血管危险因素在AD的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。2,CD31+/CD42。内皮细胞微颗粒水平和患者的痴呆严重程度呈正相关,可以较好地反映疾病的严重程度,可用来判定患者的痴呆程度。【
