1、自体肌腱移植双束解剖重建内侧韻股韧带治疗韻骨脱位效果观察河北省唐山市丰南区医院骨三科063300作者简介:张立喜,男，(1981.9.25-),主治医师，临床骨科。摘要：冃的：分析探讨白体肌腱移植双束解剖重建内侧離股韧带治疗離骨脱位韧带治疗離骨脱位的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2012年3月・2014年3月在我院接受治疗的内测離骨韧带治疗離骨脱位患者共40例进行调查分析，本次调查中患者采用的治疗方式均为自体肌腱移植双束解剖重建，对患者的治疗效果进行分析评价。结果：在对患者进行重建治疗后进行2J6个月的随

2、访，观察统计治疗后患者关节的稳定性以及灵活性，随访期间本组患者在治疗期间未见出现严重并发症；出现1例膝轻度伸直受限病例，重建治疗后未出现離骨复发性脱位病例,并且对患者治疗前后的Lysholm膝关节评分以及Kujala评分可以发现，重建治疗后的评分均明显高于治疗后，并且治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论：通过本次调查实验能够证实，采用自体肌腱移植双数解剖重建内侧離股韧带治疗離骨脱位具有比较好的治疗效果，值得在临床应用屮进一步加以推广。关键词：離骨脱位；自体肌腱；内侧離股韧带；重建治疗；
