1、重庆医科大学硕士学位论文同伴教育对缓解实习中期护生压力的效果研究姓名:颜余竹申请学位级别:硕士专业:护理学指导教师:周颖清201205同伴教育对缓解实习中期护生压力的效果研究摘要目的:探讨同伴教育法对缓解实习中期护理本科生实习压力的效果;探讨同伴教育法在护理教育中应用的可行性和有效性。方法:采用整群抽样法,抽取重庆市某医科大学2007级护理本科生190人作为研究对象,运用定性与定量相结合的方法调查研究对象在实习中期存在的压力及压力程度,并设计出有针对性的缓解压力的教育方案和教育内容。随机将研究对象分为实验组(100人)与对
2、照组(90人)。实验组接受同伴教育法进行干预,于预方法包括集体干预及自行干预,集体干预每周一次,共计5次,自行干预每周2—3次。对照组不接受任何干预措施。并于干预前、于预后1个月、干预后3个月对两组护理本科生的实习压力进行测评,测量工具为本科护生实习压力量表:该量表由两部分组成,即自行设计的一般资料调查表和护生实习压力量表。结果:1、护理本科生在实习中期的主要压力源包括工作负荷、工作性质、人际关系、学习与工作的冲突、实习准备、工作支持及个人前途。2、干预前,两组护理本科生均衡性较好(P>0.05)。干预后1个月,两组护生在
