1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文温阳活血通便汤治疗功能性便秘阳虚夹瘀证的临床观察研究姓名：李静申请学位级别：硕士专业：中医内科学指导教师：汶明琦201204摘要研究目的：观察温阳活血通便汤治疗功能性便秘阳虚夹瘀证的临床疗效及安全性，探讨其作用机理。研究方法：将65例病程不等，年龄各异，确诊为功能性便秘阳虚夹瘀证的患者随机分为两组，即治疗组与对照组。治疗组33例，给予温阳活血通便汤治疗；对照组32例，给予清腹通肠冲剂治疗。拟定1个月为l疗程，观察治疗组和对照组各项临床症状和指标的变化情况，并予以记录。2个疗程后，最终完成疗程的患者为59例，治疗组

2、32例，对照组27例。用适合的统计方法对两组患者的最终治疗结果，做出评估及安全性评价，并在今后完善远期疗效的考察。研究结果：(1)完成拟定的疗程后，治疗组总的有效率为84．37％，对照组总的有效率为62．96％，两组患者的疗效和中医证候积分比较，均有显著性差异(P
