1、郑州大学硕士学位论文鹤壁市新型城镇化进程研究姓名：付渊博申请学位级别：硕士专业：公共管理硕士指导教师：杨清涛201205摘要城镇化是世界经济社会发展的必然趋势和规律。改革开放以来，中国的城镇化以前所未有的步伐快速推进，而且在未来的几十年间也将持续推进。城镇化不仅深刻改变着中国的经济和社会结构，也带来了一系列挑战和问题：城市膨胀、环境污染、能源短缺、经济结构调整、社会不公平等。如何解决这些问题，实现可持续发展?新型城镇化无疑是一个较好的选择和方向。河南省是人口大省、粮食和农业生产大省、新兴工业大省，这一省情在一定意义上也是浓缩的国情。当前，河南省委、省政

2、府提出的中原经济区战略已经上升为国家战略，其核心任务就是以新型城镇化为引领，积极探索不以牺牲农业和粮食、生态和环境为代价的“三化”协调发展的路子。作为河南省城乡一体化试点，鹤壁市面积小、人口小、发展基础好、城镇化率较高，且鹤壁既有新区，又有老区：既有山区，又有平原；既有工业区、又有传统农区；既是传统的资源型城市，又是转型较为成功的新兴工业城市，代表性强、示范性好。本文以鹤壁市为例，追溯其发展历史，研究了鹤壁市推进新型城镇化进程的实践，分析了鹤壁市推进新型城镇化的优势、劣势、机遇，总结出了对其他城市特别是河南省建设中原经济区具有借鉴意义的经验和做法，并从
