1、中文接要中文摘要建立完善的公司治理结构与财务控制机制一直是理论界比较重视的两个问题，而将二者结合，即探讨公司治理结构与财务控制的关系以及公司治理结构对财务控制的影响这一问题对于我国上市公司而言更加具有实际意义。本文希望通过此研究能够发现我国上市公司的公司治理结构对财务控制的影响特点并能够找出我国企业公司治理结构和财务控制的问题，进而提出相应建议及解决方案，构建出适合我国上市公司的完整财务控制体系，为加强财务控制效果提供参考。本研究首先基于文献回顾在理论上探索公司治理与财务控制的关系；之后以我国上市公司为研究对象，搜集研究样本上市公司的财务控制绩效数据及公司治理结构相应指标值，采用描述性统
