2、nfluenceofthemedicatedthreadmoxibustiontreatmentonDGPrats’MTL,Gas,SSandVIP.Methods:45femaleratsand45maleratswererandomizedintoblankcontrolgroup(30rats)andcontrolgroup(60rats),thecontrolgroupwasrandomlydividedintotwogroups,themodelgroupandthetreatmentgroup.Alltheratsincontro

3、lgroupweredevelopeddiabeticgastroparesisartificially.After3coursesofthemedicatedthreadmoxibustiontreatment,ObservethelevelchangeofMotilin(MTL),gastrin(Gas),somatostatin(SS)andactiveintestinalpeptide(VIP)inratsofthethreegroups.Results:TheDGPrats’MTLlevelintreatmentgroupobvio

4、uslydecreasedcomparedwiththoseofmodelgroup(P<0.01)afterthetreatment.ThelevelofGasdescendedintreatmentgroup,Comparedwiththoseofmodelgroup(P<0.01).ThelevelofSSdescendedintreatmentgroupcomparedwiththoseofmodelgroup(P<0.01).TheVIPlevelintreatmentgroupgreatlyreducedcomparedwitht
