1、提要本文通过查阅大量文献资料，较为详细的总结了功能性便秘现代医学研究进展以及古今中医对于便秘的认识。导师曹志群教授长期从事临床教学研究，通过研究大量门诊病例得出，脾气亏虚，肺失宣肃是功能性便秘的主要病机；肠燥津亏，气机不畅是病机之关键，健脾润肠、调理气机为本病治疗大法。导师本着中医辨证施治的原则，精于辨证施治，组方精炼，用药考究，自拟便秘方，对功能性便秘的诊治获得满意疗效。笔者总结导师多年临床经验，深入探讨便秘方，并总结出导师在诊治青春期少年、围绝经期妇女、老年人功能性便秘的临证处方用药经验。关键词功能性便秘；曹志群；临床经验ThetheoreticalanalysisofProfesso
