1、广西大学硕士学位论文不同留树保鲜技术对金柑果实品质及其裂果的影响姓名:李明娟申请学位级别:硕士专业:果树学指导教师:何新华201206不同留树保鲜技术对金柑果实品质及其裂果的影响摘要为了探讨盖膜和采前喷钙技术对金柑留树保鲜期间果实品质及其裂果的影响,本试验以阳朔金柑为材料,从2010年12月20日开始喷不同次数0.2%CaCl2并结合采取盖膜处理,分析处理前至次年4月15日阳朔金柑留树保鲜期间果实品质、果实裂果及其生理指标动态变化。结果表明:1.整个留树保鲜过程中,盖膜的果实比同期不盖膜的果实硬度高0.53%"--"24.16%、TSS高1.21%~12.96%、TS高0.71%
2、~62.48%、Vc低2.08%~22.69%(留树第一个月)、Vc高0.07%'---32.43%(留树第二、三个月)、TA低0.81%'---'22.68%。采前喷钙可维持金柑留树保鲜期间果实较高的硬度,利于果实Vc、TSS、TS、固酸比和糖酸比的提高和保持,有效降低酸度。2.盖膜留树保鲜至次年4月中旬,裂果率只有约1%。而不盖膜留树第二个月后果实裂果严重,至2011年3月22日裂果率高达98%以上。采前喷钙可在一定程度上降低果实裂果率,但影响不大。3.不盖膜的土壤含水量比同期盖膜的高27.17%'----78.35%(P<0.01)、叶片含水量高1.11%"---9.18%
