3、ncreasinglycomplicatedmutationofdrug—resistantgeneswithwidecomplexrangeofmutationsitesfromthesingle—basemutation,deletion,insertion,malpositiontothatwithmultiple—sitesandlargefragmentwhichpresentabarriertodetectingthedrugresistantmutationgenesaccurat
4、elyandcomprehensively.Especiallyforthetestforwide—existingsingle—basemutationsites,thetraditionaltechniquesincludingthetraditionalgenechipcanhardlyaddresstheproblems.Themulti—drug—resistanceisthemainfactoraffectingitstreatmentandpopularityforitssimpl
5、eindicatorandscarceinformationondrug—resistance.ThustoconstructasystemforidentifyingtheTBandtestingitdrugresistanceinafast,sensitive,comprehensiveandsimplewayisflissueurgenttoaddressedinthefieldofLaboratoryDiagnosticsbothathomeandabroad.Themolecularb
