3、egastrointestinal(GI)hemorrhageisacommonclinicalbleeding.Pepticulcerdiseaseandvaricealhemorrhagearetheproblemwithdiversemanifestations.Thisbleedingmayrangemostcommoncauses.MostlowerGIbleedingisfromthecolon,fromtrivialtomassiveandcanoriginatefromalmostanyregionwithdiverticulaa
4、ndangiodysplasiasaccountingformostcases.1oftheGItract,includingthepancreas,liver,andbiliarytree.Inlessthan5%ofpatients,thesmallintestineinresponsible.Althoughnodemographicgroupisspared,theannualincidenceObscurebleedingisdefinedashemorrhagethatpersistsorrecursofapproximately17
